How to Cancel UniCloud Subscription

In order to cancel your active subscription to UniCloud (Metered Subscription), you can log in to your UniCloud account at https://cloud.unidoc.io/#/login and when you have an active subscription, you can see the Active Subscription and click on it

After you click on " Active Subscription" you will be redirected to FastSpring, you will need to put the same email address as your UniCloud account

After you enter your email address, you will receive an email about accessing your FastSpring account.

Click on "Click here to manage your orders, " and you will be redirected to your FastSpring account.

Click on "Cancel Subscription" if you want to cancel the metered subscription, after successfully canceling, you will receive an email regarding the subscription deactivation and your UniCloud account will not have "Active Subscription" and your usage will be limited to free credits again.
